- Benign tumors. Surgical treatment of benign lesions such as pituitary adenomas, neurinomas, or meningiomas. In benign tumors, surgery can be curative if a complete removal of the tumor is achieved. Thanks to the use of neuronavigation or intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring, our surgeries are safer and more effective, achieving greater degrees of tumor resection.- Malignant tumors. Like gliomas or metastases. In these cases, surgery per se is not curative but can contribute to a great extent patient prognosis. - Hydrocephalus and other CSF disorders. (idiopathic intracranial hypertension, arachnoid cysts ...). The management of hydrocephalus is often complex, both diagnosis and treatment. In Neurosalus21, intracranial pressure monitoring studies of complex cases are carried out, which allows a for right diagnosis as well as the selection of the best type of valve for its treatment. We are also experts in the management of adult chronic hydrocephalus.
