Pituitary lesions have been classically addressed through sublabial incisions and an operating microscope. In recent years, endoscopic techniques have been developed that provide two main advantages: they allow the natural nostrils to be used, avoiding any incision and preserving the nasal mucosa better, and they offer a much closer and sharper view of the area by being able to introduce the optic into the breast of the tumor. and in tumor resections more
